Abstract
Rule of law, human rights, good-governance, transparency and accountability are extremely important for the stability and development of Afghanistan. There is a requirement to reinstate the confidence of Afghan citizen in government institutions, fight corruption effectively and reform to improve the daily lives of the people. It is not enough for the reforms to remain in the form of speech and writing and not to be implemented in Afghan cities and villages.
